How to use
Set up
01
Start a competition
Comp tab. Either New competition (name it, Save name), or Import with a code — paste a 6-digit code, or Browse the directory (also at comps.calitracker.net) to load a program's teams, items and running order (no scores). The Active competition drives every tab; its name shows top-right.

Add teams
Teams tab → Add a team. A club fielding several teams: tap + beside it for teams 2, 3, 4… Team 1 joins every item's order automatically; removing a team deletes its scores.

Items
Teams tab → Items. Rename (type over), reorder (drag the grip), or Add / Remove. Tick Non-scoring to keep an item in By item but out of the Table.

Running order
Order tab. Pick an item, then drag the grip to set who performs when. Tap ✕ to send a team to the pool; tap a pool team — or a 2nd team — to add it.
On the day

Score
Score tab. Pick the item, key each score on the built-in pad, then tap the competitor(s) who earned it — several for a tie. Start the next score to move on. To fix one, tap its red ✕, confirm, and re-enter — placings recalc instantly. Tap a row's SM to give a Special Mention (see below).

Table & By item
Table updates live (unscored teams show a dash); the rank and team columns stay put as you scroll across items. By item breaks results down per item and is where non-scoring items appear.

Quick Mode
For placings-only judging, turn on Quick Mode (Comp → Scoring mode). In Score, pick the place announced (HC → 1st), then tap the competitor number(s) called; tap again to clear.

Notes & songs
Notes tab. Pick an item then a team to jot a note and log its song. Identify records a few seconds to auto-fill the song (needs a mic and connection); Export all notes saves them to a file.

Share live scores
Comp tab → Share live scores makes a view-only link so others can follow the Table and By item as you score. Needs a connection; stays live for about two days.

Export & share
Table → Save leaderboard as image, By item → Save items as image, or Table → Share a team's results to pick any team and export an Instagram-ready card.
How scoring works

Placings, ties & multi-team clubs
Placings come from raw scores automatically (highest = 1st). The winner has the most placing points across scoring items — non-scoring items don't count. Tied scores share a placing with full points each, and the next place isn't skipped. A club's teams (1, 2, 3…) score separately, but only its single best result counts; the rest show in By item tagged Non-scoring.
Special Mention
An honorary award for an item — no score, no points. Tap a competitor's SM on the Score tab (or pick the SM place in Quick Mode); any number of teams can get one. It appears in By item and on a team's results card, but never affects the Table or the aggregate.
Settings & data
Appearance, competitions & backup
Comp tab: Appearance (System / Light / Dark); switch competitions with the picker at the top (each keeps its own data); Delete this competition or Clear everything under Danger zone. Everything saves on your device — nothing is sent to a server. Back up all data downloads every competition; Restore from backup reads one back (replace or add). Back up before a big comp, to move devices, or if a "couldn't save" warning appears.
Install & offline
Install & run offline
Add to your home screen — Android / desktop Chrome or Edge: tap Install; iPhone / iPad: Share → Add to Home Screen. Once loaded it runs fully offline (scoring, standings, export need no signal). Open it once on Wi-Fi first; importing a code needs a connection.
