How to use
Before competition starts
1
Enter the competition name
Go to the Teams tab and enter the competition name at the top — this will appear as the title on the leaderboard and on any exported image. Tap Save name to confirm.
2
Add your teams
Still in the Teams tab, add every club competing. If a club is entering both an A and B team in any event, tick the "This team has a B team" checkbox before saving — this unlocks two separate entries for that club in the running order. Teams can be removed at any time, which will also delete any scores associated with them.
3
Set the running order for each event
Go to the Order tab. The six events — March, Clubs, Rods, Freearm, Rhythmical, and Dance — are shown as pills at the top. Select each event in turn, then tap clubs from the pool on the left to add them to the running order. The number assigned to each club reflects the order they will perform: #1 goes first, #2 second, and so on. Use the ↑↓ buttons to reorder. If a club has a B team, both A and B appear as separate entries in the pool — place them wherever they fall in the draw. Clubs not competing in a particular event simply stay in the pool and are excluded from that event's results.
During the competition
4
Enter scores as they are announced
Go to the Enter tab. Select the current event, then choose the competitor number from the dropdown — numbers correspond directly to the running order set before the competition. Type in the raw score announced by the judge and tap Save score. The dropdown will automatically advance to the next unscored competitor. Competitors who already have a score entered are greyed out with a ✓ so you always know where you are up to. Not every club is required to compete in every event — simply skip any that are not participating.
5
Watch the standings update live
Tap Standings at any time to see the live leaderboard. As each score is entered, placings and points recalculate instantly for all clubs who have been scored in that event — you do not need to wait for every club to be scored before the leaderboard updates. Clubs yet to be scored in an event will show a ?. The By event tab gives a more detailed breakdown of scores and placings event by event.
6
Correct a mistake
Go to the Enter tab and scroll down to the entered scores log at the bottom. Every score is listed in reverse entry order. Tap × next to any score to remove it, then re-enter the correct value. Placings and points will recalculate automatically as soon as the correction is made.
7
Export the final standings
Once all scores are in, go to the Standings tab and tap Save leaderboard as image at the bottom of the page. A high-resolution PNG of the full leaderboard — including all event scores, placing pills, and points — will be saved to your device, ready to share or print.

How placings are determined
Placings within each event are inferred automatically from raw scores — the highest raw score earns 1st, the next earns 2nd, and so on. You do not need to enter placings manually. The overall leaderboard trophy is decided by total placing points accumulated across all events, not by raw score totals.
Ties
When two or more clubs receive the same raw score in an event, they share the same placing and each receives full points for that place. Crucially, the place immediately below is still awarded to the next club — no places are skipped as a result of a tie. For example, two clubs tying for 1st both receive 6 points, and the next club below them is awarded 2nd place and 4 points.
A and B teams
Where a club enters both an A and B team in the same event, both scores are recorded separately under their respective competitor numbers. Only the higher of the two raw scores counts toward that club's placing and points total for that event — the lower score is disregarded entirely and does not affect other clubs' placings.
Data & privacy
Your data stays on your device
All competition names, teams, running orders, and scores are saved locally in your browser's storage. Nothing is sent to any server. The data will survive a page refresh or closing and reopening the browser. However, clearing your browser's data or switching to a different device will start fresh — so avoid doing either during a live competition.
Starting a new competition
When you are ready to start fresh for a new competition, go to the Teams tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Clear all data. This will permanently remove all teams, running orders, scores, and the competition name. Make sure you have exported your results first if you need a record of the previous competition.
